ingested contamination: all contaminants introduced into a fluid system in operation (vent pipes, cylinder rods, cylinder breathers, etc.) or during external interventions (fluid refilling, opening, etc.)
inspection document: written description of the part or component cleanliness requirement and the agreed inspection method
inspection method: procedure for extraction and analysis of contaminant and data reporting that is used to evaluate the cleanliness level of a component as specified by the inspection document
