Particle Trap
Identify airborne particulate contaminants at your production facility
Using particle traps, you can monitor the particles found at your work stations and production facilities.
All you have to do is position the supplied particle traps in different places to monitor particles in the air.
Particles that settle on the traps become permanently attached to the filter pad. After a period of time has passed (specified by you), you just reseal the particle traps with the provided plastic covers and return them to us with the included return packaging for analysis.
You will receive a descriptive analysis report stating the number and size of particles as well as their categorization as either metallic luminous particles, non-metallic particles or fibers with representative illustrations.
We would also be happy to help you interpret the results and identify countermeasures.
