Control of technical cleanliness at functional relevant components for automotive industry
This standard describes the conditions of application and documentation from methods for evaluation the cleanliness of functional relevant components. Cleanliness analysis provide a basis for appraisal of technical cleanliness, e. g.:
- for first-article inspection and evaluation
- for incoming and outgoing goods inspection
- for quality check of cleanliness relevant production processes (e. g. Cleaning of components)
- for control of process steps (e. g. surface treatment)
The standard assists the expressiveness and comparability of analysis results and regulates the consistent description of cleanliness specifications for functional relevant components in the quality chain of the automotive industry.
